Tell us your app version, device and iOS version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. A screenshot can help; avoid sharing private or sensitive photos.
Restoring a purchase
Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchase in the app. If access is still missing, contact us with the plan name and the error you see. Do not send payment card details.
Managing subscriptions
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the subscription to review or cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

When an edit needs work
Try a smaller selection, remove one item at a time, and check the surrounding textures. AI edits can vary, particularly around faces, text, shadows and complex backgrounds. Keep your original photo.
